# LEP: Shareholders holding more than 5% reduced their holdings in the company by 0.8590%

LEP announced that from October 20 to 23, 2025, Tianjin Bohai Information Industry Structural Adjustment Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings of 4.9678 million unrestricted circulating shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.8590% of the total share capital. Before the change, this shareholder held 7.2036% of the shares; after the change, it decreased to 6.34%. This reduction does not violate relevant commitments, does not trigger mandatory tender offer obligations, will not have a significant impact on the company's governance and operations, and will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholder and actual controller
