Milkyway: Provides a guarantee of 50 million yuan for its holding subsidiary

Milkyway announced that the company has signed a contract with the Shanghai Branch of Dafeng Bank to provide a guarantee of 50 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Milkyway Chemical Logistics, assuming joint guarantee responsibility. This guarantee is within the limit approved by the company's shareholders' meeting. As of the announcement date, the balance of external guarantees for the company and its subsidiaries is 4.547 billion yuan, accounting for 105.30% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
