BTBP announced that the 26th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors, held on October 23, 2025, reviewed several proposals. First, it approved the "Q3 2025 Report"; second, it agreed to abolish the Blood Source Management Center and establish the Blood Source Management Department and Blood Source Management Region; third, it agreed that its subsidiary, TianTan Wuhan, would acquire 1% equity of Songzi Plasma Station for 222,660 yuan, after which it will hold 100% equity; fourth, it approved the proposal to authorize the general manager's office to make decisions on pre-approval matters related to economic activities
