OMH: The actual controller has changed to Han Yongguang

OMH announced that its controlling shareholder, Zibo Jiangtu, has transferred 99% of its fund shares in Zibo Zhanheng, held by its limited partner Zibo Caijin, to Hainan Heping, at a transaction price of 1.62 billion RMB. After the completion of this transfer, Mr. Han Yongguang indirectly holds 25.08% of the company's shares through the controlling shareholder Zibo Jiangtu, becoming the new actual controller of the company
