On October 24th, the Tibet Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a statement indicating that CLS had issues such as inadequate execution of personnel recruitment and compensation management authorization systems; payment of severance compensation to individual employees on behalf of Shenzhen Liyue Group Co., Ltd.; and involvement of certain staff members of Liyue Group in the company's business activities. These actions violated relevant regulations, and the Tibet Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take supervisory measures against CLS by issuing a warning letter, recording it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market, and requiring CLS to submit a written rectification report within 30 days of receiving the decision notice
