SINOCERA MATERIAL announced that the company has signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Weiming Jinshi Investment and has entered into a Partnership Agreement with other partners. The company will acquire a 37.52% stake in Beijing Hengyu Weiming held by Weiming Jinshi Investment for a consideration of 0 yuan. Upon completion of the acquisition, the company will fulfill its obligation to contribute a registered capital of 20 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold a 37.52% stake in Beijing Hengyu Weiming
