JINFEI KAIDA: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to purchase patent rights for 735,100 yuan

JINFEI KAIDA announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang JINFEI Zhilang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., intends to sign a "Technology Transfer Contract" with Zhejiang JINFEI Machinery Co., Ltd. to transfer four patent rights it holds to Zhilang Technology, with a total transfer price of 735,100 yuan, all to be paid in cash. JINFEI Machinery is an affiliated legal entity of JINFEI KAIDA, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. The matter has been pre-approved by the company's independent directors and has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors. The transaction aims to accelerate the company's strategic layout in the emerging robotics field and promote the industrialization development of industrial robots and reducers. This transaction does not involve the handling of debts and credits, personnel placement, etc., does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and will not have an adverse impact on the company's finances and operations
