# Leadshine: Plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Leadshine Robotics to build a South China regional headquarters and a core component R&D and manufacturing base for humanoid robots

Leadshine announced that, as previously disclosed, the company plans to invest no less than 500 million yuan to build a South China regional headquarters and a core component R&D and manufacturing base for humanoid robots in the Dongguan Binhaiwan New District. The project will focus on the R&D, production, and sales of core components for intelligent equipment and humanoid robots. The company will invest 10 million yuan from its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan Leadshine Robot Technology Co., Ltd., which will serve as the main implementation entity for the project to construct the Leadshine South China regional headquarters and the core component R&D and manufacturing base for humanoid robots
