LXBY announced that the company's director and deputy general manager, Chen Jiachao, has completed his reduction plan. He originally planned to reduce his holdings of no more than 494,862 shares through centralized bidding by 2025. As of October 15, 2025, Chen Jiachao reduced his holdings by 80,000 shares at an average price of 17.33 yuan per share, accounting for 0.02% of the total share capital. Before the reduction, Chen Jiachao held 1,979,448 shares, accounting for 0.55%; after the reduction, he holds 1,899,448 shares, accounting for 0.53%. This reduction complies with regulations, does not violate commitments, and does not affect the company's control and operations
