Wanlistone announced that it recently discovered through the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited system that the shares held by its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Hu Jingpei, and his concerted actor, Xiamen HaFu Mining Co., Ltd., have been judicially frozen. The number of shares judicially frozen for HaFu Mining this time is 10 million shares, accounting for 38.74% of its held shares and 4.41% of the company's total share capital
