TJSUD: The adjustment of this transaction plan constitutes a significant change to the restructuring plan

TJSUD announced that it plans to dispose of assets and liabilities related to real estate development while retaining property management, asset management, and operational businesses. The adjusted restructuring plan involves disposing of assets and liabilities related to real estate development, and no longer incorporating assets from the heating sector under the energy group. The proportion of the aforementioned indicators for the disposed assets has decreased by 100%, exceeding 20%. At the same time, the counterparties have changed from Jineng Investment and Tianjin Gas Group to Chengyun Development, constituting a significant adjustment to the original restructuring plan
