Huadian New Energy Group Co., Ltd. was established in August 2009, with Hou Junhu as the legal representative. Its business scope includes wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, contract energy management, etc., and is jointly held by Fujian Huadian Furu Energy Development Co., Ltd., Huadian International, China Life Insurance, and others
