HTGF announced that its shareholder Heilongjiang Dazheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. will reduce its shareholding through centralized bidding from December 5, 2024, to October 29, 2025. Its shareholding ratio will decrease from 9.68% to 8.99%, a change of 1%, resulting in a total holding of 187,127,454 shares.
