# HTGF: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares reduced their holdings, resulting in a 1% change in equity

HTGF announced that its shareholder Heilongjiang Dazheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. will reduce its shareholding through centralized bidding from December 5, 2024, to October 29, 2025. Its shareholding ratio will decrease from 9.68% to 8.99%, a change of 1%, resulting in a total holding of 187,127,454 shares. This change does not violate any commitments, does not trigger mandatory tender offer obligations, and will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor does it involve the disclosure of a report on equity changes
