The net profit for the first three quarters was 1.211 billion yuan, an increase of approximately 32.66% compared to the same period last year.

<h2>Repurchase special securities account plans to reduce holdings by no more than 0.33% of shares</h2>
AMEC announced that its repurchase special securities account plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 2.0963 million shares of repurchased stock through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.33% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is from November 20, 2025, to February 19, 2026.
The reason for the reduction is to complete the subsequent disposal of repurchased shares, in accordance with the intended use specified in the &#34;Repurchase Report.&#34; The funds obtained from the reduction will be used to supplement the company's working capital needed for daily operations. Currently, the account holds 2.0963 million shares, accounting for 0.33% of the total shares, with the shares obtained through centralized bidding transactions.
