The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding and block trading. The reason for the reduction is to repay stock pledge debts and ensure the stability of the company's equity structure and shareholder rights. The reduction period is within 3 months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure (i.e., from November 20, 2025, to February 19, 2026)
