Jinhe Biotechnology: Plans to sell assets for RMB 21.1212 million

Jinhe Biotechnology announced that it plans to sell the Jinhe Phase VI steam long-distance pipeline to Inner Mongolia Tokto Economic Development Zone Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. for RMB 21.1212 million. The total length of the target asset is 5,257.78 meters, which is the steam long-distance pipeline built by the company during the production process of Phase VI project. The counterparty is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Tokto County Finance Bureau, and this transaction will not affect the company's normal production and operation activities
