FSPG announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Guangdong Guangxin Innovation Research Institute Co., Ltd. to establish a project company with a registered capital of 75 million yuan, of which the company will contribute 45 million yuan, holding a 60% equity stake, while Guangxin Research Institute will contribute 30 million yuan, holding a 40% equity stake.
