According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QINGDAO PORT (06198) announced that the board of directors agreed to elect Su Jianguang as the chairman of the fifth board of directors and Li Wu as the vice chairman of the fifth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the fifth board's term.
In addition, the board agreed to appoint Zhang Baohua as the general manager of the company, and appoint Chang Zhizhuan, Li Jingkui, Yu Shoushui, Li Zhengxu, Dai Weijun, and Liu Shuiguo as vice general managers of the company, with Sun Hongmei serving as the board secretary.
