# JTGROUP plans to invest CNY 60 million to establish an industrial fund focused on investing in high-tech enterprises in the new materials industry

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JTGROUP (601609.SH) announced that in order to deepen the implementation of the company's strategic development plan, strengthen the company's exploration in the new materials industry, promote the product upgrade during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and support the company's high-quality development, the company plans to invest as a limited partner with its own funds of 60 million yuan in collaboration with Zhejiang Fuhua Ruiyin Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Tongxiang Jin Xin Hua Rui Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) to establish Jiaxing Jin Tian Hua Rui Supermaterial Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), accounting for 20% of the total subscribed capital.
