TIANSHENG announced that as of September 30, 2025, the equity attributable to shareholders of the listed company was -30.6209 million yuan. From the beginning of 2025 to the end of the third quarter reporting period, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was -83.1151 million yuan. If the audited equity attributable to shareholders of the listed company remains negative as of December 31, 2025, the company's stock will be subject to "delisting risk warning."
