TAOTAO announced that on October 31, 2025, it has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance of overseas listed shares and listing on the main board. The subscription targets are qualified investors both overseas and domestically. This issuance and listing are subject to approval, verification, or filing by relevant authorities, and there is still uncertainty. The company will disclose progress in a timely manner
