iCkey: Using raised funds of 19.15 million yuan to increase capital for wholly-owned subsidiary

iCkey announced that the company will hold the 23rd meeting of the third board of directors on November 3, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the intended use of raised funds to increase capital for its wholly-owned subsidiary to implement fundraising investment projects. The company has decided to add its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai iCkey Software Technology Co., Ltd. as the implementing entity for the fundraising investment project "Big Data Center and Component Trading Platform Upgrade Project." To promote the smooth implementation of the fundraising investment project, it has agreed to use raised funds of RMB 19.15 million to increase capital for iCkey Software. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of iCkey Software will increase from RMB 10 million to RMB 29.15 million, and it will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
