Double Medical announced that its shareholder, Double International, reduced its holdings by 1.968 million shares through block trading on October 31, 2025, accounting for 0.48% of the total share capital. Before this reduction, Double International held 82.9269 million shares, accounting for 20.03%; after the reduction, it held 80.9589 million shares, with the proportion dropping to 19.55%. The combined shareholding ratio with its concerted action parties decreased from 84.24% to 83.77%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
