# GOCOM plans to sell a set of idle properties for 6.6 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GOCOM (688367.SH) announced that in order to further optimize the company's asset structure and resource allocation, reduce maintenance costs, and improve asset utilization efficiency, the company plans to sell a set of idle properties. By disposing of this asset, it can effectively revitalize existing resources, enhance the overall operational quality of the assets, recover working capital, and increase the flexibility of fund usage. After equal negotiation between both parties, the transaction price was set at 6.6 million yuan (including tax), which represents a significant premium of 471.85% over the book value. The profit expected from this transaction is estimated to account for more than 10% of the company's audited net profit for the most recent accounting year, exceeding 1 million yuan
