# TRS: Shareholder North University of Science and Technology has reduced its holdings by 0.50% of the company's shares

TRS announced that Beijing Beixin Keda Asset Management Co., Ltd. previously planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.3681 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.5% of the company's total share capital. As of November 3rd, the reduction plan has been completed: on October 13, 2025, 441,100 shares were reduced at a price of 21.07 yuan/share, accounting for 0.05%; on October 31, 2025, 3.927 million shares were reduced at a price of 20.69 yuan/share, accounting for 0.45%; a total reduction of 4.3681 million shares, accounting for 0.50%. After the reduction, its holdings decreased to 39.754 million shares, accounting for 4.55%
