ZHIYANG INNOVATION announced that as of November 3, 2025, the controlling shareholder Zibo ZHIYANG Holdings Co., Ltd. has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 2.3 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.9929% of the company's total share capital; the concerted actor Zibo ZHIYANG Investment Partnership has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 1.925 million shares through block trading, accounting for 0.8310%; the total reduction by both parties is 4.225 million shares, accounting for 1.8239%. The reduction period is from October 29, 2025, to November 3, 2025, and the equity ratio has decreased from 49.8468% to 48.0229%. This reduction plan has been fully implemented
