# [AI] Leju Robot and ZFGF jointly established an intelligent company, with business including sales of intelligent robots and AI hardware

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 4th, Qichacha shows that Zhejiang Zhaoju Intelligent Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes the development of artificial intelligence application software; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots; sales of artificial intelligence hardware, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by ZFGF (Shenzhen: 300695) and its affiliated company Leju Intelligent (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Leju Robotics was established in March 2016 and is a national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise. Its main product is the "Kuafu," the first humanoid robot in mainland China developed in collaboration with Huawei, which features open-source HarmonyOS and is the world's first humanoid robot equipped with 5G-A technology. The "Kuafu" humanoid robot made its debut on Sunday (the 2nd) as a special torchbearer for the National Games, completing the handover between the second and third legs while holding a torch weighing 1.6 kilograms.

Last month, Leju Robotics completed nearly 1.5 billion yuan in Pre-IPO financing. On the 30th of the same month, its parent company "Leju Intelligent" filed for guidance registration with the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, officially starting the IPO process. (sl)
