Anhui Expressway announced that its shareholder China Merchants Jinling Road Network reduced its holdings by approximately 1.32 million A shares from last Friday to this Tuesday, decreasing its shareholding ratio from 23.65% to 23.58%. China Merchants holds 92.396 million H shares through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiajun Holdings, accounting for 5.41% of the total share capital. Therefore, the combined shareholding ratio of China Merchants and Jiajun Holdings decreased from 29.06% to 28.99%
According to the Economic Information Daily on the 6th, Anhui Expressway (00995) (Shanghai: 600012) announced that it received a notice from its shareholder, China Merchants Highway Network Technology, regarding a reduction in holdings. From last Friday (31st) to this Tuesday (4th), approximately 1.32 million A shares were reduced through centralized bidding.
The group stated that China Merchants Highway's holdings of A shares decreased from 23.65% to 23.58% of the total share capital; China Merchants Highway, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiaxuan Holdings, holds 92.396 million H shares, accounting for 5.41% of the total share capital. Therefore, the combined holdings of China Merchants Highway and Jiaxuan Holdings decreased from 29.06% to 28.99%. (wh)
