NANSHAN AL INTL: Wang Shisan resigns as Chief Financial Officer, Han Yanhong takes over
NANSHAN AL INTL (02610.HK) announced that Wang Shisan has resigned as the company's executive director and chief financial officer due to other work arrangements at NANSHAN AL (600219.SH) and its subsidiaries, with Han Yanhong taking over.
The company stated that Han Yanhong served as a director of NANSHAN AL from February 2019 to June 2023; as the financial director of NANSHAN AL from June 1999 to June 2023; and as the head of the financial audit department of NANSHAN AL from July 2023 to June 2025. Since July 2025, she has been the financial director of several subsidiaries of the company
