# The mainland clothing group HLA GROUP has applied for listing in Hong Kong

Mainland clothing group HLA GROUP (600398.SH) has applied for a listing in Hong Kong, with Huatai International as the exclusive sponsor.

Preliminary prospectus data shows that as of the end of June this year, the company operates 5,631 HLA GROUP stores in China and has 92 stores in overseas markets. In addition to men's clothing, the company owns its own brands such as the affordable luxury women's clothing brand OVV and the high-end children's clothing brand Ying Shi, and exclusively operates the Adidas Future City Concept business in mainland China.

In the first half of this year, HLA GROUP recorded revenue of RMB 11.238 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3%, while profit during the period fell 3.1% year-on-year to RMB 1.588 billion. The funds raised from the listing in Hong Kong are expected to be used for expanding sales channels, brand building, deepening cooperation with international brands, and potential investment and acquisition opportunities
