36Kr learned that HUIYU PHARMACEUTICAL announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Hangzhou Xiaochi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Chengdu Guanghua Wutong Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and other partners to establish Chengdu HUIYU Xiaochi Biomedical Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), which will primarily invest in the biomedical field, focusing on investment targets that are in the critical late-stage of clinical trials and have clear commercial potential. The initial subscription scale of this private equity fund is 400 million yuan, and the company plans to act as a limited partner with its own funds to subscribe for 150 million yuan, accounting for 37.5% of the total initial subscription amount
