# CARRIANNA released its interim results, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 30.827 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 71.8%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CARRIANNA (00126) announced its performance for the six months ending September 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 325 million, a year-on-year increase of 0.2%; the loss attributable to equity holders of the parent company narrowed to HKD 30.827 million, a year-on-year decrease of 71.8%; basic loss per share was HKD 0.0196.

During the period, the slight increase in turnover was mainly driven by the increase in revenue from property investment and development, but was partially offset by a decline in revenue from the catering and hotel business. The reduction in loss attributable to shareholders was mainly due to the combined effects of the following factors: (i) decrease in selling and distribution expenses; (ii) decrease in general and administrative expenses; (iii) decline in financial costs
