# The country's first thermal power holding-type real estate ABS product has been successfully established, with an issuance scale of 5.46 billion yuan

Guojin Asset Management - Xinjiang Guoxin Holding Real Estate Asset-Backed Special Plan successfully issued. The issuance scale is 5.46 billion yuan, with the original equity holder being Taicang Port GCLET Power Co., Ltd., and the plan manager being Guojin Asset Management. This project is Xinjiang's first holding-type real estate ABS product and also the first holding-type real estate ABS product for thermal power in the country. The product adopts a flat structure design, with 100% of cash flow coming from the operational income of the Quanzhong Thermal Power Plant
