ZHUGUANG HOLD sold all its shares in SILVER GRANT to its controlling shareholder. The transaction was priced at over 81.58 million yuan, equivalent to 0.12 yuan per share, which is a premium of over 17% compared to SILVER GRANT's closing price the previous day. The transaction will be settled by offsetting against 144 million yuan of shareholder loans. It is expected that the sale will record a loss of approximately 289 million yuan
