Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. has announced a proposed change of auditors, with BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP resigning and Beijing Xinghua Certified Public Accountants and Beijing Xinghua Caplegend CPA Limited being proposed as the new auditors. This change is aimed at enhancing cost-effectiveness and maintaining audit quality. The company will also adopt both China Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards for financial reporting in the A-share and H-share markets, respectively.
