The simulated chip manufacturer Novosense plans to globally offer 19.0684 million shares, with 10% allocated for public offering. Seven cornerstone investors, including Yuanhe Global Investment, BYD (01211.HK) subsidiary Golden Link, Haoyide International controlled by the major shareholder of Sanhua Intelligent (02050.HK), and Xiaomi (01810.HK) wholly-owned subsidiary Green Better, subscribed for a total of 9.3883 million shares, accounting for 49.23% of the total offering.
