<p>Lumen Technologies announced a $750M offering of senior notes due 2036 and launched cash tender offers to purchase up to $1B of existing second lien notes. The proceeds will be used to buy back notes due between 2029 and 2031 and for general corporate purposes. The tender offers expire on January 7, 2026, with an early tender premium of $30.00.</p>
