Mawson finalized acquisition by First Nordic Metals Corp, all shares acquired in a proposed plan of arrangement.
Vancouver, British Columbia - December 08, 2025 - Mawson Finland Limited ("Mawson" or "the Company") (TSX-V: MFL) has received final approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) for the proposed merger with First Nordic Metals Corp. (TSX-V: FNM, FNSE: FNMC SDB, OTCQX: FNMCF, FRA: HEG0). The arrangement involves First Nordic acquiring all outstanding common shares of Mawson through a plan of arrangement. The agreement, dated September 14, 2025, was approved by Mawson's shareholders during a special meeting on December 4, 2025.
