Henry Hub natural gas futures fell 5.6% to $4.64 per 1 million BTU.In corporate news, Hess Midstream ( HESM ) shares rose 2% after the firm said Tuesday that it expects 2026 net income of $650 million to $700 million, and also projects relatively flat throughput volumes in oil and gas in 2026, compared with 2025.Shell (SHEL) is in advanced talks to acquire LLOG Exploration Offshore for more than $3 billion to expand in the US Gulf, Reuters reported.
