Dec 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Thursday: BlackRock (BLK.N) has sold a 7.1% stake in Spanish gas utility Naturgy (NTGY.MC) for around 1.7 billion euros ($1.99 billion) through an accelerated bookbuild placement managed by JPMorgan, the firm said.
UBS Fund Management (UBSG.S) has acquired 10.3% of the voting rights in packaging company SIG Group (SIGNC.S) , the Swiss stock exchange operator SIX said .
