West Hub led the PJM movers with a decline of nearly $12, dropping to just below $89.25/MWh. Its real-time peak price fell roughly $1.75 to around $88.25/MWh. AEP Dayton Hub's increase of about $1.75 pushed its price to $64.40/MWh.     PJM expected Dec. 12 peakload to rise to 118 GWh, a 2.8% increase in a day. CustomWeather forecast next-day temperatures in the PJM footprint at 29.9 degrees Fahrenheit, down 0.2 degree in 24 hours. Chicago, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh should see highs in the 30s, the National Weather Service said.     Natural gas prices also moved in different directions, with Texas Eastern M3 rising roughly 4 cents to $5.71/MMBtu. Chicago-Nicor and Chicago-NIPSCO prices fell around 20 cents to just above $4.10/MMBtu.     Bids and offers in the other two service areas also offered a mixed view of the Central market.     The Midcontinent Independent System Operator's Indiana Hub saw a bid at $59/MWh, $2 below the offer number and $16 lower than the day-earlier price.     MISO's Dec. 12 peakload was projected at 86.4 GWh, 3.3% lower than the day-earlier projection. Its renewables next-day forecast included an 83.3% rise in wind generation and 8% increase in solar output.     The Southwest Power Pool's South Hub saw an offer at $43/MWh, $10 above a reported bid and roughly $7.25 below the day-earlier price. Next-day peakload in the service area was set at 36.8 GWh, down 3.7% from its Dec. 11 projection.
