The project extends from the Minnesota/Iowa state line south to Adair County, Iowa, and an initial deposit of $158,700 must be submitted by April 27, followed by an eligible proposal by May 26. MISO plans to announce the elected developer by Nov. 9, 2026.     This is part of MISO's $21.8 billion 2024 Transmission Expansion Plan's Tranche 2.1, which includes 24 projects, approved in December 2024.     A virtual RFP informational meeting for qualified transmission developers for the East Adair-State Line project is scheduled for Jan. 22.
