A jump of more than $67 pushed West Hub's price above $171.25/MWh, while a $91.25 surge pushed the day-ahead off-peak number to $165/MWh. AEP Dayton's Hub's $121.50/MWh Dec. 15 peak price resulted from a $58.25 gain.     Expected Dec. 15 peakload for the PJM footprint was projected to reach 130 GWh, 13.2% above its Dec. 12 projection.     CustomWeather anticipated average temperatures in the region to open the workweek at 23.2 degrees Fahrenheit, down 6.4 degrees from its Dec. 12 expectation. Dec. 15 highs in Chicago and Pittsburgh will hit 23 degrees, the National Weather Service expects, while Philadelphia should peak around 30 degrees.     Natural gas prices also advanced, with Texas Eastern surging roughly $6.33 to nearly $12/MMBtu. Chicago-Nicor and Chicago-NIPSCO added about 3 cents to rise to around $4.14/MMBtu.     The Midcontinent Independent System Operator's Indiana Hub saw a day-ahead peak bid at $85/MWh, about $23.25 above its day-earlier price but $20 below a posted offer.     MISO's projected Dec. 15 peakload moved to 99 GWh, up 14.8% from its Dec. 12 expectation of 86.3 GWh. Average Dec. 15 temperatures in the MISO area should drop to 18.4 degrees, down 3.7 degrees in three days, according to CustomWeather.     Southwest Power Pool's South Hub saw a day-ahead peak offer at $28/MWh, close to its previous price of $27.55/MWh. Its Dec. 15 peakload projection came in at 41 GWh, up 3.6% from its Dec. 12 number.
