Bids and offers in the other Central US service areas offered mixed results compared with their Dec. 15 finishes.     PJM's West Hub posted a decline of more than $19.75, shifting the price to just under $65/MWh. Its day-ahead off-peak price dropped more than $57, moving to roughly $59.75/MWh, while the real-time peak number moved to about $62.50/MWH, down more than $32.50/MWh. A $64 drop sent the hub's real-time off-peak price to $58/MWh.     AEP Dayton Hub's next-day peak number came in around $44.75/MWH, down nearly $18.25 from its previous finish.     Estimated Dec. 17 PJM peakload fell to 118.1 GWh, a 9% slide in 24 hours. CustomWeather put the next-day average area temperature at 36.7 degrees Fahrenheit, up 8.8 degrees in 24 hours.     Natural gas prices also tumbled, led by a drop of more than $3.80 for Texas Eastern M3, which fell to $7.61/MMBtu. Chicago-NICOR and Chicago-NIPSCO each dropped roughly 15 cents to approximately $3.34/MMBtu.     The Midcontinent Independent System's Indiana Hub saw a next-day peak bid of $41/MWh, $3 below a posted offer and $3.75 back of the day-earlier price. MISO expected Dec. 17 to hit 87.5 GWh, down 8.5% in a day.     In the Southwest Power Pool region, South Hub's bid level stood at $24/MWh, $3 back of a reported offer but more than $7.50 above the day-earlier price. SPP anticipated Dec. 17 peakload at 37 GWh, a 5% drop from its forecast for Dec. 16.
