# HN PEARL RIVER: Wang Yuecheng's shareholding reduced to below 5% due to share reduction

HN PEARL RIVER announced that the information disclosure obligor Wang Yuecheng, due to personal funding needs, will reduce his holdings in the company by 3.1124 million shares through centralized bidding on December 24, 2025, accounting for 0.428145% of the company's total share capital. Before the change, he held 39.4599 million shares, accounting for 5.428141%; after the change, he holds 36.3475 million shares, with the proportion dropping to 4.999996%, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% of the shares. In the next 12 months, Wang Yuecheng will decide whether to increase or decrease his holdings based on market conditions and his own funding situation
