PROLTO: Subsidiary sues Guotou Wuchan due to contract dispute, involving an amount of 219 million yuan

PROLTO announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou PROLTO, has filed a lawsuit against State Investment Commodity due to a sales contract dispute, which has been accepted by the Tianjin Third Intermediate People's Court, with the first instance pending. On February 28, 2025, Guangzhou PROLTO signed a "Long-term Purchase and Sale Contract for Concentrate" with State Investment Commodity and has fulfilled its supply obligations, but State Investment Commodity has not paid the full amount of the payment. Guangzhou PROLTO requests the court to order the defendant to pay the principal of the payment of 203 million yuan, compensation for damages of 16.0225 million yuan, totaling 219 million yuan. As the case has not been heard, the impact on the company's profits is uncertain
