# Tesla wins the lawsuit, and the autonomous driving technology patent case is successfully transferred to California for trial

After Tesla submitted its second application, a judge in Texas has transferred a lawsuit accusing Tesla of infringing on autonomous vehicle patents to a Northern California court earlier this week.
