36Kr learned that MAXVISION released a notice on changes in shareholder equity, stating that the reduction plan by the concerted actors of the controlling shareholder has been basically completed, eliminating short-term market uncertainties. The announcement disclosed that from November 24, 2025, to December 22, 2025, the relevant concerted actors collectively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 6.8877 million shares, accounting for 2.6304% of the total share capital. After this reduction, Qu Lei and his concerted actors hold a total shareholding ratio of 65.8353%. This reduction strictly follows regulatory requirements and is a normal release of the shareholders' funding needs, having no adverse impact on the company's daily operations
