The announcement disclosed that from November 24, 2025, to December 22, 2025, the relevant concerted actors collectively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 6.8877 million shares, accounting for 2.6304% of the total share capital. After this reduction, Qu Lei and his concerted actors hold a total shareholding ratio of 65.8353%.
